Intro to Five Element Qigong for Wellbeing and Inner Balance – A Journey through the Phases
A practice of mindful movement forms, conscious breathing and deep relaxation/meditation techniques to build both inner and outer strength and balance, leading us back to a place of embodied wisdom and wholeness.
