Laurie’s classes are wonderful. She has always provided a safe welcoming space. Her knowledge and dedication to learning has always made me feel I am in the best hands, and has helped me progress over the years within my own practice.

Absolutely the best yoga class I have ever been to.
Laurie makes us feel welcome and comfortable in the special space she has created. It is easy to follow her instructions and she explains the significance and purpose of the different poses – not all teachers do that, and it really makes a difference. She also sprinkles a bit of humour as she goes along, which I like.
She makes it possible for people like me, with creaky, stiff old joints, to find an appropriate level of challenge without feeling pressurised or uncomfortable.
I would recommend Laurie’s class to anyone.
